Short version
MySunSpark has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts. We do not sell or share personal data.
Calculator and saved plans
The calculator runs in your browser. If you save a plan, it stays in this browser’s localStorage until you clear it or clear site data. It is not sent to us. Share links include device names and inputs in the URL, so anyone who receives the link can read them. Avoid entering sensitive information.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our web server records basic request details: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working and to count visits in total. Logs are kept on our server in the EU and deleted after 14 days.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy. When you click a retailer link, you leave MySunSpark and that store’s own privacy policy applies; affiliate networks may set their own cookies on their sites to record a referral. See the affiliate disclosure.
Cookies
MySunSpark itself sets no cookies.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@mysunspark.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes too.
